One of my prouder life achievements!

Starting at 7am from Victoria Peak and ending not long after 7pm on Big Wave Bay. Myself and two kick-ass friends walked along the middle of Hong Kong Island for a total of 50km 🤪

It’s a stunning hike with constantly changing views and I highly recommend taking it on if you’re up for a long walk.

We saw cool wildlife - lizards, iguanas and even snakes at the end of the evening. We sweated our way through the hardest hills in the heat of the day. We ate lunch with a boar watching our baguette closely. We ate our body weight in gummy bears. We cheered each other on and chatted non stop (apart from up the hills). We soaked in in, enjoyed the sweat and survived it! Finishing in the dark was intense but so worth it to speed through to the end and jump in the ocean. We were treated to bioluminesce in the water which felt rather surreal and magical. It definitley hurt in different ways for each of us at different stages, but with a combination of stretching, breaks, anti inflammatories and panadol we managed pretty well.

A few pics along the way…
